RETURN POLICY

Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 3 days of delivery.

If there is a defect and you do not want a replacement a refund will be provided. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?

All items are subject to a short handling period before they are dispatched. Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. An email will be sent when your items have been shipped and you will receive a tracking number.

WHERE WILL MY ITEMS BE COMING FROM?

Our fulfillment warehouse is located in the United States.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for International and Canadian delivery.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Exchanges may be necessary for a number of different reasons. If you find yourself in a position where you need to exchange an item from your order there are a few things you need to be aware of.

In the event that something slips past our quality control we will quickly address the problem as soon as it is brought to our attention. In order to receive a replacement product you need to provide us a picture of the product in question, the name on the order, the order number, through our contact page. When we are in receipt of the information we will let you know how and where to return your item(s).

What we need from you to make a replacement order:

1. Your customer name and email address.

2. The order number.

3. A picture of wrong / damaged item.

4. The changes or instructions necessary to correct/make a replacement order.

For pictures of wrong / damaged item please just upload them to a free photo hosting website such as postimage.io or tinypic.com and share the link with us. Our contact for is unable to accept images.
